• Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated experience in similar cuisine (steak/grill house and/or breakfast)
• Availability evenings and weekends
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
